Terms & Conditions
By booking and using our taxi and private transfer services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Description
We provide pre-booked private taxi and airport transfer services from Larnaca International Airport and other locations across Cyprus. All transfers are door-to-door and operated by licensed drivers.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings are made in advance via WhatsApp, phone, or our website.
A booking is considered confirmed once the details (pickup location, destination, date, time, and price) are agreed and acknowledged.
3. Pricing
All prices are fixed and confirmed in advance.
There are no hidden fees. Prices do not change due to traffic, time of day, or minor flight delays.
Any special requests (extra stops, oversized luggage, additional waiting time beyond normal airport pickup) may result in an additional charge, which will be communicated in advance.
4. Flight Delays
We monitor flight arrivals in real time.
If your flight is delayed, pickup time will be adjusted accordingly at no extra charge, provided the flight number was supplied during booking.
5. Meet & Greet
For airport pickups, the driver will meet passengers in the arrivals hall holding a name sign. Meet & greet service is included in the price.
6. Waiting Time
Reasonable waiting time at the airport is included.
If passengers do not appear or cannot be contacted within a reasonable period after arrival, the booking may be considered a no-show.
7. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a charge.
8. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for:
Providing correct pickup details and flight information
Ensuring timely arrival at the pickup point
Using seat belts during the journey
Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may be charged accordingly.
9. Luggage & Child Seats
Standard luggage is included.
Child seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking.
10. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic accidents, extreme weather conditions, road closures, or acts of authorities.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the provision of transportation services. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items left in the vehicle.
12. Privacy
All personal information provided during booking is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
