This policy explains what personal data Cyprus Airport Transfers collects when you use this website or book a transfer, why we collect it and what your rights are.
Who we are

What we collect
- Booking details: pickup and destination addresses, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and suitcases, child seat, return trip and your notes.
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Payment: the deposit is paid through Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment and its amount, never your full card number.
- Use of the website: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, your device and your approximate location.
Why we use it
- To provide the transfer you booked and to contact you about it (performance of a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c)).
- To understand how the website is used and improve it (your consent, Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Google (address search, route calculation and, with your consent, Google Analytics), Netlify (website hosting), Resend (confirmation emails) and WhatsApp, if you message us there. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as Cypriot accounting and tax law requires. Other messages and data are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Cookies and storage
The website remembers your cookie choice, and your trip details while you book, in your browser. Google Analytics cookies are used only if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
