These terms apply to every transfer booked with Cyprus Airport Transfers, online or on WhatsApp.
Booking
An online booking is confirmed when the €20 deposit has been paid. You receive a confirmation email with all the details. Please check them and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
Prices
Prices are per car, not per person, and include luggage, Wi‑Fi, phone chargers, water, a child seat on request, flight monitoring and the first hour of waiting. The day tariff applies to pickups from 06:00 to 20:30, the night tariff to pickups from 20:30 to 06:00. The price confirmed at booking does not change unless you change the trip.
Payment
You pay a €20 deposit online by card through Stripe when you book. The rest of the fare is paid in the car, in cash or by card.
Cancellation
- More than 24 hours before pickup: the deposit is refunded in full.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: the deposit is not refunded.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +357 96 144 024 or reply to your confirmation email. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Changes
Contact us as early as possible to change the date, time or addresses. If a change alters the route, the price may change.
Flights and waiting
Give us your flight number and we track your flight. If it is delayed, we move the pickup at no extra charge, and the first hour of waiting is free: at the airport it counts from the actual landing time. If we cannot find you at the meeting point and cannot reach you, the trip counts as a cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup.
Passengers, luggage and child seats
Please book the correct number of passengers and suitcases so we can send the right car. The Mercedes E-Class takes up to 4 passengers and 4 suitcases; for more, we send the Mercedes V-Class. Child seats are free; tell us the child’s age when you book.
Delays outside our control
We plan every trip with time to spare, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or other events outside our control.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
